18 GiftBack Vending Machines for Social Enterprises & Agencies

Want to support your local Social Enterprises’s while buying a gift for your loved ones this Christmas? Check out 18 bright-pink GiftBack vending machines located island-wide over the next 3 months. Each of these vending machines will showcase various social beneficiaries’ designed products and their crafters’ intricate hand-made merchandises.

Each product sold will directly support these institutions and their causes.  

Due to COVID 19, physical sales channels such as events, pop-up stores and flea markets are not operational for most of 2020. Social Enterprises faced the challenge of limited retail front to sell their products, impacting income of their members & crafters.

The aim of the initiative is to provide an automated sales channel with high visibility the social organisations to sell their products and raise awareness.

In addition, a series of vending operational workshops will be conducted by Reinvend Solutions (RVS) for members of the Social Enterprises to experience vending machine support tasks and share insights on managing a vending business.

Together with RVS, the initiative is also supported by Royal Vending, which provides day-to-day operational support. Spaces for the machine are provided by like-minded landlords such as Kim San Leng Group, Prime Supermarkets, UOL Malls, Fraser Property Retail and United Industrial Corporation Limited.
